| I’ve
been at Fairway since May of 2003. Before that I graduated
from Texas A&M University with a BBA in management and
marketing and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
with a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages.
My
wife, Nicole, and I were married in 1996 and have seen God
lead us each step of the way through her medical school &
residency and my seminary training all the way here to Wichita
Falls for her to open a medical practice at Family Practice
Associates and for me to become the senior pastor here at
Fairway. With all I am I believe God’s Word is absolutely
true and unflinchingly applicable to our lives today and that’s
what I base every area of my ministry around.
Hobbies: Do eating &
sleeping count? Plus running, biking, volleyball, reading,
and good tv & movies.

My
call to lead His people in worship with music and in lifestyle
dates back to when I was in college where I began to see how
God had shaped me and my talents to be used for His pleasure
in His Church. Upon graduating from Murray State University
with a degree in Marketing, I served in Vail, Colorado, with
Trinity Baptist Church and then in Nashville, Tennessee with
LifeWay Christian Resources.
In
2006, God sovereignly brought my wife, Danielle, and me to
Wichita Falls where I joined the staff at Fairway Baptist
Church in seeking His face and building His people. We have
a beautiful little girl, Emma, who has her father wrapped
tightly around her little finger, and a rugged little son, Caleb.
As
Worship Pastor, I find no greater joy than seeing God's people
live out a Romans 12:1 life.
Hobbies:
Music, Techie Stuff (Yes, I'm a geek), Sports (basketball,
softball, racquetball), and Reality TV. |
I
have served as Children's Minister since August of 2003. My
husband, Dexter, and I were married here in Wichita Falls
on March 11, 2000. I graduated from Midwestern State University
with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences. I enjoy ministering
to the kids in our congregation and challenging them to dig
deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ once they have
made Him Lord of their life. Dexter serves in the Music Ministry
as the pianist and also works at Rider High School as the
Assistant Band Director.
Hobbies:
Going to the lake with Dexter, going to musicals/shows, and
spending time at home with my dog, Lana. |
